Anthony was our rep and Alex our technician, and they were both excellent in what they do. Alex worked so patiently and hard in a difficult situation, and we were more than pleased.
John, the Sir Grout tech, did a wonderful job. He not only completed it as stated in our contract, but he is also friendly, personable and professional.
John and Jason did a beautiful job in our main bathroom. I only have after pictures because the before pics of the shower were embarrassing. Now it's clean and beautiful.
